Income Analysis
Processors can now run a complete income analysis from a single action for W2 loans. After the borrower submits their financial documents (W-2s and pay stubs) they can generate a two-year employment timeline with gap detection, a structured income worksheet broken down by primary, additional, and non-taxable income, and qualifying income figures. Results can be reviewed and edited before confirming, replacing the manual Excel-based process.

DSCR Loan Application
Investment borrowers can now complete a full DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loan application through a dedicated stepper flow, including personal information, property details, and investment income steps. Internal users can also view DSCR-specific data directly in the Loan Summary view.


Duplicate Loan
Loan officers can now duplicate an existing loan directly from the Loan App Details page, carrying over the loan structure and scenarios for a faster starting point.


Creditor Name on Liabilities
Liability entries now display the name of the financial account — for example, AMEX or Rocket Mortgage — making it easier to identify and manage liabilities at a glance.


Pending Sale REO — Net Proceeds & Down Payment Source
When a Real Estate Owned property is marked as "Pending Sale," borrowers can now enter estimated net proceeds and select a down payment source. This data flows directly into the loan submission.


Borrower Loan Status Tracker — "View Full Details"
The full loan timeline is now accessible from the Borrower Loan Status Tracker for CK and DLR users, matching the experience already available to other user types.


1003 — Additional Borrower Fields
New fields have been added to the Borrower and Co-Borrower Details steps to capture supplemental information required on the 1003 form.


Pre-Licensed Agent Footer
The pre-licensed agent footer has been updated with corrected layout and disclosure alignment.

- DSCR regressions in the existing CIL flow resolved (client view and user view)
- Citizenship question removed from the DSCR loan application flow
- Lien position input in pricing fixed; HELOCs now default to first lien
- HELOC principal & interest not displaying in pricing tooltip — fixed
- Down payment percentage calculation corrected

- Migration to Microsoft Email - Originators (including DLRs) will be moving off of the in-platform email solution to Microsoft Office 365 emails, the same as CKs and Processors. This will only include email, Teams and other services will require a monthly technology fee.
- Loan Officer Review - Loan applications will have a manual review by the originator before going in MLM for deal-desk review
- Last Task Submitted in MLM - When a task is submitted in the platform, it will be added to a custom field in MLM
- Filter Pipeline by State - Ability to filter the loan application pipeline based on state.
- Mobile Updates - Enhanced mobile accessibility (submit for your feedback!)
- Expanded Income Calculations - support of multiple borrowers and other income types
