With our latest product release, a few things look a little different (for you and your borrowers).
Borrower View - Dashboard
Your view of the borrower's loans will remain the same (with the tabs across the top to navigate through the pages), but their view now has the navigation on the side. They can create a new loan via the loan dropdown in the side menu.
General UI Updates
- Menu and log out button(now in the upper right-hand corner of the screen)
- The support widget enables a user to submit a support ticket or send a message from the app. Click this in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
- Task page updates
- The status label is now within each line item
- You can sort tasks by date updated
- Clicking on the entire row will open up the task and upload functionality
- Users won't see the ability to upload any documents if there are no tasks assigned yet (as a reminder, tasks are assigned based on the responses from the initial loan app questions stepper)
New Login Page
Compliance Center
There is an updated compliance center that can be accessed from the profile menu
Updated Footer and Agent Signature Footer
The Realfinity footer has a new look and feel, as well as an updated design for your agent footer. This footer pulls information from your profile and contact information and is at the bottom of your borrowers' dashboards.

Below is a list of the different emails that borrowers will now receive in the loan application process.
- Welcome/Onboarding Email
- Introduces the loan process, sets expectations, and directs borrowers to their loan portal
- Price Match Guarantee Email
- Shares information about Realfinity's rate-match guarantee
- You're Pre-Approved
- Confirmation of the borrower's instant pre-approval
- Verified Pre-Approval Benefits and Reminder
- Encourages upgrading from stated income to verified pre-approval for stronger offers
- Application Started - Reminder
- Re-engages borrowers who started but haven't completed their loan application
- Document Request Email
- Requests specific documents needed to advance the loan application
- Advice Message for Credit Stability
- Educates borrowers on maintaining financial stability during loan processing to prevent delays
- Verified Pre-Approval Confirmation
- Notifies borrower of official pre-approval completion and guides borrowers to next steps
- Your Personalized Pricing Quotes are Ready
- Notifies borrower that their personalized mortgage rate options are ready to view
- Your Pricing Quotes are Ready to Lock
- Presents final rate options with the ability to lock in rates
- Rate Lock Confirmation Email
- Confirms rate lock details and explains the next steps in the loan process
- New Conditions Added
- Notifies borrowers of underwriting conditions and documents that need to be uploaded
- Final Approval (Clear to Close)
- Celebrates loan approval and prepares borrowers for the closing process
- Closing
- Confirms loan closure, provides document access, and requests customer reviews

Rate Lock Email (sent to agents/users)
The rate lock email will be sent to you 5 days and 1 day before expiration
