What is it?
The Vault is where Realfinity can share documents externally and internally, not tied to tasks. This is where documents like the credit report, closing disclosures, pre-approval letters, and other documents important to the borrower or loan officer are stored.
How do I access it?
You can access the vault from the loan application by clicking the vault tab.
What does the lock icon mean?
The lock icon indicates the document is internal and not visible to the borrower.
