The Loan Pipeline provides a convenient location to create or view Loan Applications.
Fields

Loan File: loan number in the Loan Origination System (LOS)
- Pending indicates it hasn't been sent to the LOS
- Borrower: borrower and co-borrower name, email, and
- Loan Info: Basic information about the loan file, including property address and loan purpose
- Tasks: Count of tasks in each status

Status: Stage of the application status
- App started: Loan has not been submitted to the LOS
- All other statuses: returned from the LOS
