What are Realfinity Roles?

Modified on Thu, 22 May at 6:26 PM

Roles in the Realfinity platform control access to pages, functionality, and data. For example, processors only see the Loan Application tab; Assistants see their Agents' clients; Admins can impersonate Users.

Most roles in Realfinity are independent, meaning you can be a combination of them. We are introducing two sub-roles (Agent and Deal-Desk), which only work based on their parent role (Agent and Processor, respectively).
