Pricing Scenarios

The Pricing Search form allows Originators to generate pricing scenarios for clients based on property details and borrower information. There are three primary sections:

Summary
Search Criteria
Results

Summary

Add a name and description to the pricing scenario
View the select pricing results
Submit the quote for the Client's review

Search Criteria

Set the search parameters used to generate pricing results.

Results

The results section allows the Originator to creates pricing quotes for Clients. Selecting a product, program, and rate combinations cause the quotes to appear in the summary section. Clicking the "Submit Quotes" button will send it to the client for review and be available for submitting a lock request.

Client View

Clients will see the selected quotes in their dashboard in the "Loan Options" widget or "Loan Opportunities" tab. The pricing is re-run daily and matched to the nearest selected price.
