A credit report task allows the borrower to order and pay for their credit report directly.

The task appears automatically after the loan application is completed. The default is the hard pull, but you can manually add a request for a soft pull or one that allows the borrower to choose between hard and soft. Remove the existing task, then add another task by clicking "add task," selecting "form" under the request type, and choosing an option for the report type.
The borrower will see the total amount (including fees) they are charged for the credit report. If they add a co-borrower, that cost will be updated to reflect both.
The results of the credit report are run and placed in The Vault.
