Your client can update their loan information, including interest rate, on the HomeDashboard My Loan Balance widget.
When on the My Loan Balance widget select the ellipsis button and select Edit Loan Information.
From the Edit My Loan popup the client can make their needed changes and click the Update button.
The rate can be updated by changing the value in the Interest Rate field.
